Use Your Project Email

Start with the same email CSolutions already has on file for your website or support plan.

Create Your Account

Open the portal, choose Create Account, and finish sign-up with a secure password.

Open Your Dashboard

Once your email matches a project membership, your projects, billing, and requests will appear automatically.

How To Create Your Account For The First Time.

If you are a new client, the portal is where you will view your project access, invoices, support plan details, and update requests after launch.

Use the same business email tied to your website project, hosting plan, or support relationship whenever possible so your account connects correctly.

If your team has multiple users, a project manager can approve internal requests before they are forwarded to CSolutions.

First-Time Setup

  1. 1Go to the client portal and choose Create Account.
  2. 2Use the same email address tied to your project, invoice, or support plan.
  3. 3Finish sign-up and sign back in if email confirmation is enabled.
  4. 4If your dashboard looks empty, contact CSolutions so your portal membership can be linked.

What email should I use?+

Use the same email address CSolutions has on file for your project or support plan. If the wrong email was used, contact Carlos so your membership can be updated.

I created an account but do not see my project.+

That usually means your account email does not match the project membership yet. Reach out and the account can be linked to the correct project.

How do requests work?+

Open the requests area, choose the project, describe the update, and submit it. Team-member requests can stay in a manager approval queue before they move forward.

Can I reset my password?+

Yes. Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in form. You will receive an email with a secure link to set a new password.
