CSolutions was created to make professional website work more accessible to small businesses. Too many owners either overpay for a process they do not understand or settle for a website that does not reflect the quality of the business behind it.
The company is built around a straightforward idea: give businesses a better online presence without dragging them through a bloated process. That means clearer communication, more intentional design, faster launch cycles, and support that still feels organized after launch.

The Founder
Meet Carlos Crespo.
Carlos Crespo started at the University of San Francisco in August 2019, right before the pandemic reshaped everything. When COVID hit he stepped away for a stretch, then came back to finish, earning his B.S. in Computer Science in December of 2025 after six years that looked nothing like a straight line.
Alongside school, he managed busy hospitality operations in San Francisco. As Cafe Manager at The Midway, he led teams of 7 to 12 across cafe service, kitchen, and cashier workflows while coordinating with the venue's separate event teams. At La Joya Cafe he combined staff training, inventory and financial review, digital systems, branding, and marketing work to help grow sales 107% and turn recurring monthly losses into profitability.
That combination of management and technical work became the foundation for CSolutions. Since 2023, Carlos has managed client relationships, pricing, project timelines, website launches, and ongoing support while building the systems that keep the work organized.
After graduating he moved to Boston and brought CSolutions with him. The business now blends software development with hands-on operating experience, giving small businesses practical websites, clearer processes, and direct support from someone who understands the work behind the storefront.
